Man Assaults Neighbor - Seriously Injured - 86-Year-Old Woman Brutally Attacked by Neighbor in Würzburg Mental Health Crisis
An 86-year-old woman was seriously injured after being attacked by her 44-year-old neighbour in Würzburg. The victim suffered multiple fractures to her face, torso and arm during the assault. Police confirmed the suspect was in a state of acute psychological distress at the time.
The incident took place when the man, described as being in severe mental turmoil, turned on his elderly neighbour. According to authorities, no prior history of mental illness was reported. After the attack, the suspect was immediately taken to a psychiatric hospital for evaluation.
