A 14-day meditation plan promises sharper focus and less stress in minutes

Short bursts of meditation can bring real benefits in just days. Studies show that even 10 to 15 minutes a day can sharpen focus, ease stress management and improve sleep. Now, a new 14-day programme aims to put these findings into practice for everyday use.

Research from 2010 revealed that just four 20-minute sessions boosted attention and lifted mood in participants. The effects weren't just mental—five days of similar practice also lowered stress hormone levels and shifted immune markers in a positive direction.

A later study in 2013 found that two weeks of mindfulness training improved working memory and reading skills in students. It also reduced mind-wandering, a common distraction during tasks. These results were published in Psychological Science.

More recently, a 2018 trial showed that a 10-day app-based course helped adults feel less stressed and more content. While the researchers behind that study remain unnamed, the findings support the idea that short, structured meditation works.

The new 14-Day Meditation Reset builds on this evidence. It offers a simple plan: 10 to 15 minutes daily for two weeks, targeting stress reduction, better focus and deeper sleep.

The programme follows proven research showing that brief, consistent meditation delivers results. Participants can expect measurable changes in attention, mood and stress management levels within weeks. No prior experience is needed to start.
