According to Andy Erbaugh, the Tyler Police Department's public information officer, Worl had pulled in to get ahead of the girl and jumped out at her when she approached on her bicycle.

Worl was wearing only a diaper and a pacifier around his neck, and he made lewd comments to the girl, yelling phrases like "Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change." The girl was understandably shaken up and quickly fled from Worl's car.

Luckily, she found nearby witnesses who were able to assist her. The witnesses immediately called the police, and Worl's truck was tracked down and he was arrested. The girl's parents were contacted by the witnesses and went to the scene.

Worl has a long history of similar behavior dating back over 25 years, including public indecency and stalking, primarily targeting young girls. He was previously banned from visiting parks in Tyler.

Worl was charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass. He was arrested on August 7, 2025, and jailed in Smith County on bonds totaling $600,000. There are no more recent updates beyond his arrest and booking as of the latest reports dated August 8–9, 2025.
