The Almaty Police Department is set to honour exceptional female officers on International Women's Day. These women have demonstrated remarkable skills and dedication in their roles, making significant contributions to law enforcement in the city.
Among those to be recognised is Sub-lieutenant Sanya Mustafina, a seasoned investigator with nearly two decades of service. Known for her reliability and skill, she also takes pride in training young colleagues, hoping to pass on her expertise to her own children someday.
Jeanne Sheshmuhanova, a senior investigator with 15 years of service and hundreds of solved cases, will also receive an award. Balancing her demanding role with motherhood, she has three children. Each case she works on leaves a heavy emotional impact, a testament to her commitment and empathy.
Olesya Zhuravleva, another outstanding officer, has risen to the rank of Major due to her remarkable achievements. With a high solve rate and no unsolved serious criminal cases in her career, she is a shining example of dedication and professionalism.
These women, along with others to be honoured, embody the spirit of International Women's Day. Their dedication, skill, and achievements are a testament to the vital role women play in law enforcement. The awards, medals, and certificates they receive are a well-deserved recognition of their service and a symbol of hope for future generations of women in non-traditional professions.
