This campaign's mission? To measure the body mass index (BMI) of a whopping 10 million Turks across all 81 provinces by July 10, 2025. And how are they going to do it? Simple! Medical teams are hitting the pavement, conducting BMI screenings in public squares, community centers, and major events.

In the first seven days of this nationwide brawl against the bulge, a total of 591,209 individuals — 281,940 men and 309,269 women — had their weight and height measured.

- Underweight: 4.2%
- Normal Weight: 31.8%
- Overweight: 35.8%
- Obese: 28.2%
But wait, there's more! When you dive deeper into the gender breakdown, some significant differences emerge.
- Men were more likely to be overweight with a rate of 41.9%, compared to women who clocked in at 30.3%.
- On the other hand, women were more likely to be obese, with a rate of 32.1%, compared to 23.8% of men.
