So many residents of Baden-Württemberg enjoy their work - Baden-Württemberg leads Germany in open discussions on stress management
A recent survey has highlighted Baden-Württemberg as the German state where stress is most openly discussed. The May 2025 Forsa study reveals that over half of its residents feel the topic of stress management is more prominent now than in previous years. Yet, despite this awareness, the region also stands out for its positive outlook on work-life balance and future stress levels. The survey shows that 52% of people in Baden-Württemberg believe stress management is talked about more today than in the past. This figure is the highest among all German states, indicating a strong regional awareness of mental well-being. Baden-Württemberg emerges as a region where stress is both widely recognised and managed effectively. With strong work-life balance figures and a majority finding fulfillment in their daily activities, the state presents a unique contrast to broader national trends. The survey results suggest a population that remains optimistic about maintaining stability in the face of future challenges.
