Bank welcomes 47 fresh apprentices at Sparkasse
47 Young Professionals Kickstart Their Careers at Sparkasse
This year, 47 young individuals have joined the Sparkasse as apprentices, comprising 44 bank clerks and three digitalization management clerks. The new apprentices are set to embark on a journey of learning about the corporate values of the Sparkasse.
The warm welcome was given by Axel Jütz, the Sparkassen board chairman, Silvija Posse, who heads the personnel department at the Sparkasse, and Andreas Hugendick, the chairman of the works council. Four of the bank clerks have already commenced their apprenticeship on June 1, 2025.
Axel Jütz expressed his excitement, stating that the Sparkasse is enabling these young professionals to start their careers. He further added that the Sparkasse is committed to their professional and personal development.
The upcoming welcome days in Elberfeld will serve as an opportunity for the new apprentices to learn more about their new roles and the Sparkasse. Initial seminars will be held to prepare them for their new tasks. The new apprentices will receive both practical and theoretical training.
Silvija Posse will be present during the upcoming welcome days to get to know the new apprentices better. She and her team will be supporting the new apprentices throughout their apprenticeship. The Sparkasse looks forward to cooperating with and supporting the new apprentices as they grow and develop.
The new apprentices are being warmly welcomed by the Sparkasse. They will learn about the corporate values, get to know their roles, and start their practical and theoretical training. The Sparkasse is excited to have these 47 young individuals join their team and start their careers.
