Cherokee Nation Resumes Services at Collinsville Health Center
The Cherokee Nation has resumed clinical services at its Collinsville Health Center, located at 1201 W. Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The clinic offers a range of services, including Women, Infant and Children (WIC) nutrition education, supplemental food programs, immunizations, family planning, and STI testing and treatment.
Appointments are required for all services at the clinic. Routine immunization appointments can be made online, while appointments for WIC, family planning services, and STD testing can be made by calling (918) 582-9355. A Nurse Practitioner is available for comprehensive family planning services on the first Friday of every month. The clinic also provides immunizations for both children and adults.
The clinic runs a WIC nutrition education and supplemental food program, ensuring that women, infants, and children receive proper nutrition. Additionally, the clinic offers STI testing and treatment services, promoting sexual health and well-being.
