Cochlear Unveils Future-Proof Nucleus Nexa System with Firmware Updates
Cochlear, a global leader in implantable hearing solutions, has unveiled the Nucleus Nexa System. This innovative device marks a significant shift towards firmware-based cochlear implants, promising reduced long-term costs and extended implant lifespan with new features.
The Nexa System introduces the NEXOS chip, enabling firmware updates much like those in smartphones.
