A 32-year-old man is accused of killing a 75-year-old patient in a Cologne hospital. The attack took place shortly after midnight on Saturday, with the suspect allegedly acting under the influence of alcoholic delirium.

The man, restrained by hospital staff, was later transferred to another facility under police guard.
