Commission Tasked to Propose Worker Radiation Safety Directive Regarding Ionising Radiation Exposure Risks
The Fürth Police is inviting the public to join them for an Open Day on Sunday, September 21, 2025, as they celebrate the 175th anniversary of the Fürth Town Hall Tower.
Organised by the Fürth police themselves, the Open Day promises to be a fascinating event, showcasing various police departments and activities. Visitors can expect to see demonstrations by the support command, the police dog unit, and even a reconstructed crime scene, where they can learn about how evidence is secured.

The Open Day will take place at Kapellenstraße 10, 90762 Fürth, from 10:00 to 17:00. The event will feature a variety of police vehicles, including helicopters, boats, motorcycles, and patrol cars, on display. The mounted police unit will also present on the day.
For the youngest visitors, a colorful children's program has been prepared, including a police puppet theater and a magician. Interested visitors will also have the opportunity to visit the detention cells and the shooting range.
To register a bicycle during the Open Day, a bicycle, ownership proof (receipt or contract), and an official ID document are required.
