Essential Guidance on Understanding one's Chakras
In the teachings of Deepak Chopra, the seven chakras, the energy centres in the human body, are linked to specific spiritual laws or principles of consciousness. By consciously aligning with these laws, individuals can cultivate harmony, happiness, and wellbeing in their lives.
