FEP Open Season 2025: New Health Benefits and Telehealth Perks Unveiled
The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal Employee Program (FEP) is preparing for its annual Open Season. This year’s enrolment period runs from November 10, 2025, to December 8, 2025. The program continues to offer a range of convenient health benefits, including round-the-clock support and telehealth services at no extra cost.
FEP members can access a 24/7 Nurse Line for expert health advice from registered nurses. This service, provided by UnitedHealthcare, is free and available at any time.
Personalised wellness support is also part of the package. The program helps manage weight, diabetes, and hypertension through dedicated condition management plans.
For added convenience, FEP includes telehealth visits at no cost. Members can connect with healthcare providers via phone, video chat, or the Teladoc Health® app.
Open Season for FEP benefits begins on November 10, 2025, and closes on December 8, 2025. The program’s offerings, such as the 24/7 Nurse Line and telehealth services, aim to provide flexible and accessible healthcare options. Members can review and adjust their plans during this period.
