Fort Collins Pickleball Center Donates 2,500 Balls to Local Schools

Poudre School District (PSD) has received a major donation of 2,500 pickleballs from The Picklr Fort Collins. The facility, Colorado’s first purpose-built indoor pickleball center, aims to grow the sport in local schools. Each of PSD’s schools will now have 40 new balls for lessons and replacements.

The Picklr Fort Collins, based in Jessup Farm Artisan Village, spans 27,000 square feet. It includes courts, training areas, locker rooms, and community spaces. The facility’s mission focuses on expanding pickleball, keeping children active, and fostering community ties.

The 2,500 pickleball donation will help PSD sustain and expand its pickleball lessons. With trained teachers and new equipment, students across the district can now learn the sport more easily. The project reflects The Picklr’s commitment to growing pickleball in the local community.
