Free Medical Screenings in Yakutsk: Early Detection for Better Health
Residents of Yakutsk are invited to take advantage of free medical screenings on August 9 at Tuimaada Stadium. The event, part of Sports and Fitness Day, offers a comprehensive health check-up. The screenings will include a risk factor assessment questionnaire. Medical specialists from Yakutsk City Hospital will conduct a full exam, covering height, weight, BMI, rapid cholesterol and blood glucose tests, ECG, spirometry, and bioelectrical impedance analysis. In-depth preventive counseling on chronic noncommunicable diseases will be provided. Additionally, free ultrasound examinations and consultations with a cardiologist and neurologist will be available as medically indicated. The free medical screenings at Tuimaada Stadium on August 9 aim to promote health awareness and early detection of potential health issues among Yakutsk residents.
