The incident, which occurred between September 27 and October 3, 2024, was discovered on October 7. The compromised data includes sensitive information such as names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, state identification numbers, financial account information, and full access credentials.

HCSG has not yet revealed details about the attack or the responsible party. The company is offering impacted individuals 12 months of free Experian credit monitoring and identity theft guidance to mitigate potential damages.
