Summer's around the corner, and Sochi's kicking things up a notch! The city's authorities aren't playing games when it comes to maintaining top-notch sanitary norms in public dining and shopping spots. Recently, a team of experts, comprising the Department of Resorts, Tourism, and Consumer Services, alongside the Adler District's staff, conducted a thorough check-up on Lenin and Prosvescheniya Streets, dropping by 56 establishments.

As part of their visit, these powerhouse teams engaged in educational and preventive discussions with establishment managers. They reminder these business owners of the hygiene, disinfection, and sanitation rules and offered individualized advice.

According to the Mayor's office, Sochi's resort area is populated by more than six thousand such establishments, and constant vigilance helps keep both locals and tourists comfortable and secure. Areas with high tourist traffic receive extra attention.

During their last visit, no violations of sanitary regulations were detected. The entrepreneurs were also reminded about the role they play in containing contagious infections, especially during the summer heat, as per the reports from the Sochi administration press service.

On a side note, Sochi's cops are takin' no prisoners when it comes to unauthorized strawberry peddling!
