The responsibility for maintaining hygienic conditions at the payment machines lies with either the GZI management or the local municipal authority of Immenstadt, which also manages the parking space ventilation.
Citizens have criticized the parking system for being unaccommodating and imposing excessive fines. This has led to frustration among the local community, who feel that the system is not customer-friendly.
