Initiate the Bio Age Challenge through our platform and FitYou's website

In a unique collaboration between Our Website and FitYou fitness studio, nine participants have come together to take part in the BioAge Challenge. The participants, ranging in age from 35 to 65, have diverse motivations for joining the challenge, including improving mobility, prevention, weight loss, recovery from accidents or pre-existing conditions, and striving for better fitness, mobility, and well-being.

Sandra Altzinger, a 53-year-old assistant to the CEO, is one of the participants. She is participating in the BioAge Challenge with the goals of becoming more flexible, losing weight, and maintaining good health. Another participant, Stefanie Roth, who is 51 years old but has a BioAge of 74, is motivated by the desire for more fitness, mobility, and well-being.

Marion Kluppel, the 56-year-old owner of Kluppel Nursery, is participating in the BioAge Challenge to get back on her feet after an accident with a heel spur. Gabi Pöhl, a 65-year-old former sales representative, is participating to improve her flexibility and well-being.

Sabine Schüssler, a 53-year-old tax consultant, is participating to improve her mobility after suffering from long COVID. Silvia Schier-Schönmetz, a 59-year-old teacher, is participating to return to her previous fitness levels. Miriam Zang, a 52-year-old office clerk, is participating with a BioAge of 38, motivated by the desire to be fit for old age and to be able to do push-ups and pull-ups. Lena Rudenko, a 39-year-old IT Senior Consultant, is participating for professional guidance tailored to her needs. Lastly, Philipp Schmitt, a 35-year-old product owner, is participating for prevention, as he is genetically predisposed.

The participants meet for guided training every Thursday and can train and attend classes as often as they like. The EGYM BioAge analysis is used to record and adjust initial values for strength, flexibility, metabolism, and endurance.

The goal of the BioAge Challenge is to improve quality of life and functionality through a younger biological age. However, as of now, there is no publicized update or detailed outcome available about the participants’ biological age changes or their progress over 12 weeks. Additional or updated sources would be needed to answer this specifically.

Stay tuned for updates on the BioAge Challenge and the participants' progress as they work towards their goals of improved health, fitness, and well-being.
