Intoxicated Woman Assaults Schaffhausen Police, Biting and Kicking Officers
Schaffhausen police confronted a chaotic situation late on Sunday evening as a heavily intoxicated Romanian woman, influenced by alcohol and drugs, assaulted officers at the Landhaus parking lot around 10 PM.
The 29-year-old suspect, whose name has not been released, was discovered injured and aggressive. She bit a policeman and kicked a policewoman multiple times, including in the abdomen. Both officers were taken to the nearest general hospital but have since been discharged. Initial investigations suggest the woman's injuries were from a previous altercation with another woman.
The suspect was also taken to the nearest general hospital by an ambulance crew. Investigations into the incident are ongoing, with authorities yet to provide further details.
The aggressive behavior of the suspect, fueled by alcohol and cocaine, resulted in injuries to police officers. Both parties were hospitalized, with the officers later discharged. The incident remains under investigation.
