Knockout Drops Suspected at Carnival Cruise Event in Marsberg

Police in Marsberg are investigating a suspected case of aggravated assault involving knockout drops. The incident occurred during a Carnival cruise event in Westheim on February 14, 2026. On February 16, 2026, officers received a report from a local woman who attended the Carnival cruise celebration. She had consumed two beers and two shots before suddenly falling severely ill and collapsing. The case has since been transferred to the criminal investigation unit for further examination.
