Bobby Liu, a man in his mid-40s, has transformed his physique by simplifying his fitness routine. Within just two months, he lost significant fat and gained substantial strength, thanks to a tailored plan developed by his personal trainer, Adam Sandler.

Liu's new approach focuses on four full-body strength workouts weekly, with no cardio. He performs three sets of up to 12 reps per exercise, taking a two-minute rest between sets. This straightforward routine has proven effective for Liu, who previously struggled with trainers overwhelming him with complex instructions and metrics.

Liu's diet has also seen a significant shift. He now tracks his macros, maintaining a flexible diet consisting of roughly 35% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 25% fats. This high-protein diet, coupled with consistent strength training, has been key to his success. Liu has stopped stressing over rigid dietary rules, instead focusing on consuming more protein.

Liu worked with personal trainer Adam Enaz, who created an easy-to-follow nutrition and workout plan. Liu's main goal was to build muscle, gain strength, and lose belly fat to achieve a lean, athletic look. The results speak for themselves: Liu lost about nine pounds of fat and seven centimeters off his waist, while adding over 50 pounds to his lifts.
