Missing 60-year-old man found dead in Barishal's Korai River
The body of Sabuj Hawladar, a 60-year-old man from Barishal Sadar, was found floating in the Korai River on Saturday morning. He had been missing since leaving his home the previous afternoon. Sabuj Hawladar, son of the late Abdul Aziz Hawladar, lived in Dakshin Durgapur village under Chandpura Union. He was last seen on Friday afternoon before disappearing. His body was discovered near Rajarchar at around 6:00am the following day.
The body was taken to Sher-E-Bangla Medical College Hospital for an autopsy. During an initial examination, no visible injuries were found. Authorities confirmed the body would be released to the family once the post-mortem is complete. The circumstances surrounding Hawladar's death remain unclear. The autopsy results will provide further details. His family will receive the body after the procedure is finished.
