Oahu’s First Vegan Grazing Cart Brings Plant-Based Feasts to Private Events

A new way to enjoy plant-based dining has arrived on Oahu. Analea Manakai, founder of Eat Plants Elevate, has launched Graze Elevated—a fully vegan grazing cart for private events. The mobile service brings customisable, health-focused menus straight to celebrations, gatherings, and special occasions.

Manakai recently showcased her culinary skills on Hawaii News Now Sunrise, where she demonstrated how to make cholesterol-free egg-style dishes using tofu. Her latest venture also ties into her upcoming book signing event, where she will share tips from Nourishing Paradise later this month.

Graze Elevated offers more than just a standard grazing experience. The mobile cart provides two hours of unlimited grazing, complete with a built-in cooling system to keep food fresh. Guests can enjoy signature dips, seasonal fruit boards, and gourmet vegan options—all tailored to individual tastes, dietary needs, and health goals.

The menu features handcrafted vegan cheeses, fresh seasonal produce, and artisanal jams. For those with a sweet tooth, the Vegan S’mores Cart adds a fun twist to events. Beyond grazing boards, Eat Plants Elevate also provides private chef services, including weekly meal prep and nutritional consultations.

Manakai’s work extends beyond catering. On January 24, she will host a book signing at Barnes & Noble Ala Moana Center, discussing Nourishing Paradise and answering questions about plant-based living. Her recent television appearance highlighted simple, creative ways to prepare vegan meals, reinforcing her mission to make plant-based eating accessible and appealing.

The initiative aligns with Vegan-ary, a movement encouraging people to explore plant-based nourishment in 2026. Through her business and public engagements, Manakai continues to promote health-conscious, sustainable food choices across Hawaii.

Graze Elevated brings a fresh, flexible dining option to Oahu’s event scene. With customisable menus and a focus on health, the service caters to vegans and non-vegans alike. Manakai’s upcoming book event and media appearances further highlight her commitment to plant-based living and community education.
