She described it as 'almost like a demon in your head, feeding you negative self-talk.' Despite these struggles, she now sees her neurodiversity as a 'superpower.' To support others facing similar issues, Hilton launched a YouTube series called Inclusive by Design. The project aims to inspire people by sharing stories of resilience and self-acceptance.
