Russia’s *LifeArc* Project Aims to Extend Human Lifespan to 120 Years

A new research project in Russia aims to extend human lifespan to 120 years through early health monitoring. Called LifeArc, the initiative focuses on preventive care and advanced biomedical technology to delay disease onset.

The project was proposed by Alexander Sergeyev, a leading figure in Russian biomedical research. Instead of creating digital twins, LifeArc relies on continuous health assessments using digital and biomedical tools.

If successful, LifeArc may allow individuals to live actively well into their 120s. The approach combines prevention, early intervention, and cutting-edge health monitoring. Researchers will now test its effectiveness in real-world settings.
