Samsung’s Galaxy Fit 3 brings premium health tracking for under €35
Samsung has launched the Galaxy Fit 3, a budget-friendly fitness tracker packed with health-monitoring features. Priced at around €36, it is currently on sale at MediaMarkt for just €33. The device aims to help users track daily activities and monitor their heart health without breaking the bank.
The Galaxy Fit 3 comes with a 1.6-inch AMOLED display housed in an aluminium case, paired with a durable fluoroelastomer rubber strap. Its IP68 rating ensures resistance to dust and water up to 50 metres, making it suitable for swimming and outdoor workouts.
Inside, the tracker includes an optical heart rate sensor, a barometric altimeter, and an accelerometer. These sensors enable continuous heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen (SpO₂) measurements, and sleep phase analysis. Users can also access over 100 workout modes, automatic activity detection, and fall detection for added safety.
Battery life is a standout feature, with Samsung claiming up to 13 days on a single charge, depending on usage. The device connects to smartphones via Bluetooth, displaying health and activity data directly on its screen. Data syncs automatically with the Samsung Health app, though some advanced features require a Samsung account.
The adjustable wristband fits wrist sizes from 130 to 185 mm, ensuring a comfortable fit for daily wear. Samsung markets the Fit 3 as ideal for fitness enthusiasts who want essential tracking and heart health monitoring without unnecessary complexity.
The Galaxy Fit 3 offers a balance of affordability and functionality, with key sensors and long battery life. Available now at major retailers, it provides a simple way to monitor steps, heart rate, sleep, and workouts. The device’s durability and smart features make it a practical choice for everyday health tracking.
