Saturday Sports Event Held in Düsseldorf, Preceding Aquazoo

Join us on April 19th at the Aquazoo Löbbecke Museum for a special event that promises to enlighten and invigorate! The museum's forecourt (Kaiserswerther Straße 380) will host an exciting day filled with educational exhibits, interactive activities, and free high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions.

The event's highlight is the special exhibition, "Memento mori: Life, Aging, and Death." This thought-provoking exhibition showcases numerous artifacts and interactive stations, offering a unique exploration of life, death, and aging in nature. It also presents the latest findings from aging research, including the crucial role of sport and exercise in healthy aging.

But that's not all! The team from Physio- & Ergotherapie Heitbrink will be present from 1 to 4 PM, offering a 15-minute HIIT session each full hour. No registration is required; all interested parties are invited to participate. It is recommended to wear comfortable workout clothing.

Engage in exercise and reap the benefits! Not only does it improve brain blood circulation and stimulate the production of happiness hormones, but it can also slow the decline of cognitive abilities and prevent depression. Exercise also reduces the risk of dementia, making it an essential component of maintaining a healthy mind and body.

The HIIT sessions are free of charge, providing an excellent opportunity to boost your mood and brain power! For more information and online ticket booking for Aquazoo and the exhibition, please visit here.

Don't miss this unique event on Easter Saturday at the Aquazoo Löbbecke Museum! Embrace the power of exercise and join us for an unforgettable day of learning, fun, and fitness.
