Sexual Assault at Festival Stage in Baunatal, Germany: Police Search for Witnesses; Victim Fatally Killed
In the heart of Kassel district, a disturbing incident took place at the festival stage in Platz des Friedens, Baunatal. A middle-aged woman with a physical disability was sexually harassed during the night from Friday to Saturday, between 10:00 PM and 1:30 AM.
The victim reported the incident to the criminal duty service over the weekend. Witnesses or individuals with information related to the incident or the perpetrator are asked to contact the North Hesse Police Headquarters.
The perpetrator is described as a man approximately 40 years old, with a three-day beard, short dark hair, wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans. An unknown man came to the victim's aid and pulled the perpetrator away from her.
