Stephanie Estremera Gonzalez, a dedicated healthcare professional, has made a significant impact at The Point/Arc. She returned to the U.S. in 2017 after working in Puerto Rico and has since taken on a key role as a Residential Manager.

Gonzalez's journey began in 2011 when she moved to the U.S. from Puerto Rico. She started as a Medical Assistant in Erie, Pennsylvania, before joining The Point/Arc as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in 2018. Her dedication and quality care caught the attention of her superiors, leading to an offer for the Residential Manager position in January 2021.

In her current role, Gonzalez oversees five of the sixteen residential homes operated by The Point/Arc in Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties. She handles scheduling and coverage, ensuring the 24/7 care provided to residents is of the highest standard. Residents and staff alike appreciate her positive impact on the community.
