'Stop the Loop' Event Offers Free Mental Health Support for Youth on November 14

Our city and Rübe are teaming up to host a mental health event for young people on November 14, 2023. Named 'Stop the Loop – Free Your Mind', the event will take place at the Children and Youth Center on Rübenweg 16, from 5 to 8 p.m. It's free to attend and no registration is needed.

The event offers a variety of activities to help young people unwind and connect. These include boxing, axe throwing, archery, and watercolor painting with an art therapist. There will also be counseling services available, such as Youth Career Assistance, do.queer, a psychologist, and the 'Between the Lines' team. Cosima Nauroth, a local journalist and author, is involved in organizing the event. She can be reached at 02133 257 5156 or [email protected] for any inquiries.

Mark your calendars for November 14, 2023. Join us at the Children and Youth Center for a fun and supportive evening. Let's 'Stop the Loop' and 'Free Your Mind' together.
