A 17-year-old student released irritant gas in a classroom at a vocational school in Stockach on December 17, 2025. The incident, which took place just after midday, left several pupils struggling with breathing problems. Emergency services quickly arrived to assist those affected.

The attack happened at 1:29 PM UTC inside the trade school in the Konstanz district. Witnesses reported that the irritant gas spread rapidly, causing respiratory distress among around ten students. Paramedics and firefighters were called to the scene to provide immediate treatment.

The school is now working with emergency responders to ensure the safety of all pupils. Investigations continue to determine the motive behind the attack and whether further action is required. The incident has raised concerns about security measures at the vocational school.
