Designed to target sagging tissues in the underarm and décolletage areas—often called 'wings' and 'ears'—the routine focuses on controlled, deliberate movements. The routine consists of four exercises, each performed slowly to maximise effect. The first involves lifting weights towards the body while exhaling, then straightening the arms while inhaling.

The second exercise requires making circular arm movements, both forward and backward. The third combines two actions: spreading the arms apart while exhaling, then placing both arms behind the head while exhaling again. The final exercise shifts to the floor, starting in a plank position. The person then rises onto straight arms before lowering back down. The entire sequence should be repeated two to three times a week. According to the creator, the key to success lies in slow, intentional motions rather than speed or intensity.

This four-minute routine targets specific problem areas with minimal effort. By using basic household items, it removes the need for expensive equipment. The method’s simplicity and short duration make it accessible for those with busy schedules.
