Tuapse Hosts Comprehensive Health Festival Focused on Mental Well-being
Tuapse residents are invited to a comprehensive health festival on October 11, focusing on mental health. The event, hosted by the 'Maslennikov Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Support', offers consultations with specialists and diagnostic tests.
The festival, part of Mental Health Awareness Week, will take place at Tuapse City Hospital No. 1. It includes consultations with a therapist, neurologist, and psychologist. Diagnostic tests such as ECG, fluorography, mammography, general blood analysis, and biochemistry will also be available.
Andrei Sakharov, the chief out-of-staff specialist in medical prevention of the regional health ministry, emphasises the importance of mental health as an integral part of overall well-being. The event aims to support mental health, inform residents about prevention methods, and provide professional help from specialists.
All Tuapse residents are welcome to participate in the Health Day on October 11. Bring your passport and health insurance policy to access the free consultations and tests. The event is a significant step towards promoting mental health and well-being in the community.
