What's Still Banned:
- No more fun and games at entertainment spots like karaoke bars, billiards, computer clubs, nightclubs, bowling centers, indoor playgrounds, trampolines, and betting shops.
- Cinema halls, except for outdoor cinemas, are still off-limits.
What's Comin' Back:
- Children's correction centers and educational centers can reopen, both for kids and adults. However, group size is capped at 15, and by-appointment-only bookings are required.
- State agencies, semi-gov orgs, national companies, and other businesses with a workforce of over 30 people must ensure at least half of the staff work remotely.
- Catering establishments with up to 50 seats indoors and outdoors can resume operations, provided there are no group events and sanitary rules are followed. This includes takeout and delivery services.
- Catering spots in standalone buildings can operate 24/7, without group events, adhering to sanitary rules.
- Catering spots in separate shopping and entertainment center premises can seat 50, no group events, and follow sanitary rules.
- Open-air cinemas are good to go, as long as mask and social distancing rules are observed.
- Auto dealerships, parts stores, and service stations can open from 9am to 10pm, provided they comply with sanitary rules.
