Yekaterinburg’s Medical Center transforms patient care with early prevention plans
The Medical Center at Central City Clinical Hospital No. 3 in Yekaterinburg is helping patients stay ahead of serious health issues. Through regular checkups, over 1,000 people now receive ongoing monitoring and tailored prevention plans. The programme focuses on catching risk factors early and managing chronic conditions before they worsen.
Patients referred to the center often show early signs of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) or risk factors like high blood pressure and cholesterol. Once enrolled, they receive personalised prevention strategies, including visits every three to six months, follow-up tests, and treatment adjustments. Telemedicine consultations are also available for added convenience.
The Medical Center’s programme has already attracted over 1,000 regular patients, showing strong community engagement. With consistent monitoring and early intervention, many have improved key health markers. The initiative continues to expand, providing accessible care for those at risk of chronic diseases.
