Nutritionist Anna Makarova Unveils The Perfect Plate for Effortless Healthy Eating

A Flexible, Not Restrictive, Approach: Structure and Balance Over Strict Limits

At its core, the program is built not on rigid restrictions but on a clear plate structure and a balanced combination of foods. It tailors meal plans to individual goals, offering restaurant-quality dishes at a lower cost than food delivery or a full meal at a café. The program's partner is Logika Moloka (Logic of Milk), a leading dairy producer.

Anna Makarova is a two-time winner of the BRAND AWARDS—named Best Nutritionist in 2019 and honored in 2020 for her contribution to dietary culture. A weight management and eating behavior consultant, she is the author of The Perfect Plate Method: Food on Your Side. Her approach is based on the globally recognized Harvard Healthy Eating Plate, one of the key frameworks in modern nutrition science. The method defines optimal plate proportions: half filled with vegetables and fruits, one quarter with whole grains, and one quarter with protein.

The system offers three color-coded pathways. The green box supports healthy weight loss, the yellow box helps maintain current fitness levels, and the red box is designed for muscle gain. The program caters to both women and men, with meal plans adjusted for biological differences in calorie, protein, and nutrient needs—ensuring precision regardless of gender. Breakfasts, main meals, and snacks are meticulously planned to form a cohesive, balanced diet. Users can choose 2-, 7-, or 30-day programs, depending on their goals, lifestyle, and preferences.

The menu covers the entire day, including snacks and beverages. Mornings start with protein-rich omelets, delicate farmer's cheese pancakes, and fruit bakes. Main meals feature fish, poultry, seafood, and meat paired with vegetables, complemented by energizing sides like buckwheat, orzo, pasta, rice, bulgur, quinoa, and potatoes.

A standout feature is the Logika Moloka dairy line, products certified by the Federal Research Center for Nutrition and Biotechnology for their elevated nutrient content—particularly valuable during seasonal transitions. Smoothies, fresh juices, and fermented dairy drinks help replenish calcium, B and D vitamins, and magnesium, supporting energy balance and recovery.

"The Perfect Plate" is more than a meal plan—it's a community. Participants gain access to monthly sessions with Anna Makarova, themed lectures, diet reviews, and live Q&As, ensuring results are backed by knowledge and expert guidance.

The program is available in three formats: women's and men's meal plans for 2, 7, or 30 days, with the per-day cost decreasing significantly for longer commitments.

Each meal box is delivered the morning before, seamlessly fitting into your daily routine. You can order the boxes on the project's website.

Adopting a new approach to eating is simple with The Perfect Plate—a system that offers not restrictions, but a carefully balanced plan where every meal makes sense and every ingredient has a purpose. A collaboration between Pinskiy & Co and nutrition expert Anna Makarova, this project—blending nutritional science with gastronomy—is now available starting April 27.
