Trump declared 'fully capable' after latest presidential health exam at 79

US President Donald Trump has received a clean bill of health after his latest medical check-up. Doctors confirmed his cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological systems are all functioning well. They also declared him 'fully capable' of carrying out his presidential duties. At 79 years old, Trump will become the oldest person ever elected US president when he turns 80 next month. Despite his age, he has repeatedly brushed off questions about his fitness for office.

The medical report showed Trump weighs 108 kilograms (238 pounds), giving him a body mass index (BMI) of 29.7—just under the obesity threshold. Physicians advised him to improve his diet, exercise more, and shed some weight. His chronic venous insufficiency, a condition diagnosed earlier, has improved. He also scored a perfect 30 out of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), a test for cognitive function.

The president’s medical team found no major health concerns. Their recommendations focus on lifestyle changes rather than urgent treatment. Trump’s test results and overall condition suggest he remains physically and mentally fit for his role.
