Cutting-Edge Medical Equipment Boosts Care at Maternal and Child Health Center

The Maternal and Child Health Center has received new medical equipment to improve patient care. Three advanced devices are now operational in the somatic department, including an automated endoscope washer-disinfector and a high-tech defibrillator. These upgrades aim to enhance safety and efficiency in daily procedures.

A BANDEQ CYW-100N automated washer-disinfector has been installed for cleaning flexible endoscopes. The machine reduces cross-contamination risks while freeing up time for medical staff. It is now fully operational in the somatic department.

An SPDSS-5-SHSK drying and storage cabinet has also been added. The unit uses disinfected airflow to dry and store endoscopes and instruments, keeping them sterile and extending their lifespan. In the fibrogastroduodenoscopy unit, an Axion DKI-N-11 defibrillator is now in use. The device monitors and records ECGs, measures blood oxygen levels, and tracks blood pressure. Its installation strengthens emergency response capabilities within the department. These deliveries are part of ongoing national projects to modernise healthcare. More medical equipment is expected to arrive in the coming months.

The new devices improve disinfection, storage, and emergency care at the center. Staff can now work more efficiently while maintaining higher safety standards. The upgrades align with broader efforts to make healthcare more reliable and accessible.
