Dietitian Warns of Cancer and Heart Risks from Fried Sausages with Eggs

A leading dietitian has warned against the common habit of eating eggs with fried sausages. Mikhail Ginzburg highlighted the serious health risks linked to this meal, especially for vulnerable groups. His advice comes as studies reveal worrying connections between such diets and long-term diseases. Mikhail Ginzburg stressed that pairing eggs with fried sausages can be particularly harmful. Research shows that eating just 50 grams of fried red meat with eggs each day raises the risk of pancreatic and colorectal cancer. The combination also speeds up the development of atherosclerosis, a condition that clogs arteries.

Instead of frying, Ginzburg recommends poaching eggs as the healthiest preparation method. He strongly advises against making fried sausages and eggs a regular part of one’s diet, pointing to the cumulative damage over time.

The warning targets those who frequently eat eggs alongside fried sausages. Studies suggest this habit may lead to severe health problems, including cancer and heart disease. Ginzburg’s guidance focuses on safer cooking methods to reduce these risks.
