Free Lecture on "Pain: A Different Perspective" at VHS Rur-Eifel
On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, the Rur-Eifel Adult Education Center (VHS Rur-Eifel) will host a free lecture titled "Pain: A Different Perspective." The event will take place from 7:00 PM to 9:15 PM at the center's premises on Violengasse.

Chronic pain, in particular, often drastically reduces quality of life, making it essential to explore every possible avenue for relief or resolution. This lecture will focus on holistic causes, therapeutic approaches, and self-help strategies for managing pain.
