Portable X-ray machine donated to frontline medics in combat zone
A portable X-ray machine has been donated to military medics working in the combat zone. The equipment, designed for field use, will help treat soldiers with gunshot or shrapnel wounds. Businessman Yury Kovalenchik provided the device as part of his ongoing support for frontline troops. Yury Kovalenchik, who heads a major network of medical clinics, personally funded the donation. The machine is lightweight and built for rough conditions, allowing medics to transport it easily. It runs on standard 220-volt power, ensuring it can be used in temporary field hospitals.
Doctors in the combat zone will now display diagnostic images instantly. The system includes a digitizer and cassettes, supplied by Kovalenchik’s clinic, to speed up treatment. The People’s Front will oversee the delivery of the equipment to medics on the front lines. The X-ray machine will provide faster diagnoses for wounded soldiers in the field. Medics can now assess injuries from gunfire or explosions more efficiently. This donation follows Kovalenchik’s wider efforts to assist troops involved in the special military operation.
