The moderation of the delegates' assembly was taken over by the municipal **senior** and **disability** commissioner Carolin Voelkner. **Chairman of the senior council** Franz Woelfl looked back at the past months at the beginning and reported, among other things, on various working sessions, senior city talks, special excursion trips with mobility-impaired elderly home residents, and the senior council's own stand at the Landshuter environmental fair. Afterwards, Diplom-Oecotrophologin Adelborg Angerer, from the office of nutrition, agriculture and forestry Abensberg-Landshut, gave a lecture on the topic "Enjoy life consciously: Eat mindfully, move daily." In it, she explained the food pyramid and gave exercise recommendations. She also focused on how the body changes over time and how healthy eating can be integrated into daily life. The lecture was well-received by the delegates, as shown by the numerous questions asked.
